AT-Tech Technologies has worked on-site across Gauteng since 24 August 2017. The work is installation and fault-finding in the building where the problem is, so every job starts with a call-out: we load the hardware the job needs, drive to the site, and work on the equipment in front of us. That might be a single till counter in a takeaway, a digital signage screen in a pharmacy, a switch cabinet in a small office, or a home Wi-Fi network that keeps dropping.
Coverage runs across greater Johannesburg, the East and West Rand, Midrand, Centurion and Pretoria. Distances in the province are short, so booking is simply a matter of agreeing a time: call either dispatch line, describe the site and the fault, and we arrange the visit around your trading or working hours.
What arrives on site: network cabling, switches and cabinets; Wi-Fi and internet links; digital signage and video wall installations; point of sale terminals, tills and receipt printers; surveillance cameras and recorders; backup drives and data recovery; plus upgrades, virus removal and day-to-day business IT support.
Most call-outs are a mix of those service lines. A till needs a new network point, a screen needs power and a signal route, a camera needs a cable run back to the recorder, and a backup drive needs the right software on the machine it protects.
